Guidelines

• The Organising Committee kindly requests that papers be submitted through the Google form . Each author is kindly asked to submit only one paper. Submissions should indicate the thematic section for which the paper is intended and shall be written in English. Submissions should not exceed 4000 words. They should be accompanied by an abstract of 250 words and keywords (up to 6, in alphabetical order).

•  Only files in the *.doc, *.docx, and *.pdf formats can be uploaded. Please note that uploaded abstracts and papers cannot be modified. To facilitate submissions, we recommend using the template below. Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to present their papers during the conference, fostering scholarly exchange and collaborative learning among global participants. The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers based on scholarly quality.

Instruction for Authors:

The Global Conference in Shaping Learning for Future Generations (FED-Globe 2026) invites original research contributions from various fields, as outlined in the listed topics. We encourage you to clearly articulate the context of your research. Please make sure to submit your papers by the final deadline, as submissions will only be accepted on this date. While you won't be able to submit new papers after the deadline, you will still have the chance to make changes to any papers you have already submitted.

Submission Guidelines:

All submissions must be made electronically through the Google Form. Authors are advised against submitting any papers directly via email. By submitting your paper, you agree to comply with the policies set forth by FED- Globe 2026. It is the responsibility of the primary author to ensure that the details of all contributors (including co-authors) are entered into the form, enabling essential updates to be communicated to everyone involved. During the submission process, the corresponding author is required to select at least one primary area that corresponds to their paper. Once your paper is submitted, you will receive a unique paper ID. Please keep this ID handy and refer to it in any future correspondence.

Article Types: Articles on the conference theme should be submitted to FED-Globe 2026. We do not encourage authors to submit Review articles to FED- Globe 2026.

Language Style: The default language style at FED- Globe 2026 is standard English only. Authors should submit manuscripts in English language only.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:

1. Title: Capitalize the first letter of every word except helping verbs and connectors. 

2. Usage of first/second/third person (our, me, us, I, etc.) should be avoided in the manuscript. 

3. Authors are required to proofread the paper for English usage (possibly by a native speaker). 

4. Abbreviations should be avoided in the abstract. 

5. Contents need to be well organized. Title, objective, research gap, proposed methodology, and results need to be in line. 

6. All images and tables must be numbered and provided with a suitable title. 

7. All images, tables, equations, and references must be cited in the text. Check in-text citations of all these items before final submission. 

8. Mention at least 6 keywords in the manuscript. 

9. Include the name, affiliation, and e-mail of all authors in both the manuscript and on the submission portal. 

10. Reference items should be complete. Avoid incomplete and not cited references in the list. 

Confidentiality:
The review process of the conference will be strictly confidential. The practice of keeping all information confidential during the review is part of the standard communication at FED-Globe 2026. Misuse of confidential information is a severe professional failure, and appropriate measures will be taken when brought to the attention of the Conference Organizers. It should be noted that the Conference Organizers will not be responsible for the consequences when reviewers break confidentiality.

Review Process:
By submitting a paper to the conference, the authors agree to our single-blind review process and understand that papers will be peer-reviewed by our expert reviewers after being checked for plagiarism using plagiarism-detection software (preferably "Turnitin"). Authors are required to submit the revised version of the manuscript as per the review comments mentioned in the acceptance E-mail. Authors may be asked to undergo further revision(s) to their manuscript before final publication, even after the Conference.

Plagiarism:
FED-Globe 2026 respects Intellectual Property Rights. Plagiarism consists of the wrong appropriation of someone's content, thoughts, and ideas by representing one's original work. This type of ethical violation will not be entertained by the conference under any circumstances. It should be noted that papers having more than 18% similarity will not be processed; they will be summarily rejected. For a single source, the similarity index should not exceed 2%.

Dual/ Double Submissions:
We accept only original, unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere. By submitting, authors confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or accepted in any peer-reviewed venue in substantially similar form. Violations will result in immediate rejection and will be reported to the other venue. Submissions must not overlap with prior publications or concurrent submissions. If citing your own concurrently submitted work, clearly argue within the paper how it differs non-trivially and include those papers in the supplemental material. For clarifications, authors are encouraged to contact the Program Chairs.

Attendance responsibilities:
The authors agree that if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper there. Acceptance of a paper does not guarantee final publication. Only presented papers will be forwarded to the publication partner. Presenters will receive a certificate for their paper presentation.

Publication:
Selected papers will be published in the Emerald Journal. Before final publication, the publication partner may send the proofs to the corresponding author. Make sure the email ID of the corresponding author is correctly mentioned in the manuscript. Keep visiting the conference website for more updates regarding publication details.

The International Poster Presentation Session offers a dedicated space for participants to interact directly with leading researchers and explore innovative, peer-reviewed work. Individuals may submit posters showcasing research projects or reports on activities and initiatives related to the teaching and learning of psychology. Poster presenters will get the chance to discuss their work with interested attendees during scheduled poster sessions. 

Guidelines for oral presenters 

• • Poster presenters will have the opportunity to discuss their research with interested attendees during assigned poster sessions.

  • Only digital posters in vertical (portrait) or horizontal (landscape) format (approx. 27 × 36 inches) will be accepted. Posters must include clear visuals: tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text readable on screen.

  • No printed posters or audiovisual equipment (computers, projectors, sound systems, freestanding displays) are permitted.

  • Presenters must upload their digital posters in advance and will be assigned a specific time slot and digital display space. They must remain present for the entire session to interact with attendees.

  • Posters must clearly present the study’s rationale, theoretical or applied significance, key results (or expected results), and indicate whether the research is exploratory or confirmatory. Statements like “Results will be discussed” are not allowed.

  • All posters must be in English and follow APA 7 guidelines.

  • Each person may submit only one proposal as a first author but may appear as a co-author or presenter on multiple proposals.
